The Challenge: Walmart’s internal teams (PR, Marketing, Product, Communications) spent significant time manually researching and drafting high-stakes communications, often struggling with brand consistency and data accuracy.

UX Process: User Research: Conducted user research with communications leads to map the “draft-to-approval” workflow.

Iterative Prototyping: Designed a specialized Rich Text Editor (RTE) that integrates AI prompts inline, allowing users to “nudge” specific paragraphs rather than regenerating the entire document.

Mental Models: Developed a “Human-in-the-Loop” UI that clearly distinguishes between AI-generated research and verified internal data.
