I was responsible to design the Customer Dashboard of Project Cortex. There were several design sessions conducted by me. Here is the basic workflow, goals, and assumptions after the initial brainstorming session:
- pink/red notes are either pain points or assumptions,
- orange notes are steps which have supplemental information, either in an additional page, modal or a dedicated/different tab:
The dashboard will be relatively simple and will consist of a basically the health summary of all the appliances at the customer site/datacenter.
Depending on who is currently “logged-in”, the dashboard will be slightly different.
