I was responsible for the design of the Customer Dashboard of “Project Cortex”, later renamed Veritas NetInsights Console. Due to the confidential nature of the project, I am unable to disclose any details of the design decisions/process. However, I followed the Design Thinking process throughout the life cycle of the UX design process.
NetInsights Console is an AI/ML-driven window into your entire NetBackup enterprise infrastructure, running with optimal efficiency and resilience against threats. This SaaS-based application leverages predictive analytics millions of data points from product telemetry, support diagnostics, and analysis power to deliver actionable, tailored insights to keep your system healthy and secure.
