The Challenge: Traditional folder-based Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems fail when libraries scale to millions of items. Users couldn’t find what they needed because of inconsistent manual tagging.

Defining the Search UX: Moved away from rigid faceted filters to a Natural Language Query (NLQ) interface. I designed a “suggestive search” UI that helps users learn how to talk to the AI.

Automated Workflows: Designed the “Zero-Touch” upload experience where AI handles auto-tagging and metadata extraction, reducing the cognitive load on the user.

Information Architecture: Restructured how diverse file types (Video, PPT, Spreadsheet) are previewed in a unified search results page.
