I was responsible for the Site Management feature in Project Cortex.
Some of the requirements included:
- Any user can create a site.
- All sites will need to have a “valid” location.
- All sites will require at least 1 “site” contact.
- All sites will have specific “site requirements”.
- Organizations can have several sites across several locations.
The basic workflow, goals, and assumptions after the initial brainstorming session:
- pink/red notes are either pain points or assumptions,
- blue notes are just to differentiate between topics.
